Hogle Zoo

     On Tuesday July 16 Adilynne and I went to the zoo with my parent's.  It was a lot of fun to watch Adilynne react to the animals.  I think she probably watched all the other people more than she did the animals but she seemed to enjoy it. 

 

 The exhibit at the zoo right now is LEGO animals.

 

 Her first carousel ride.  She loved it!

 

 She did not like being in the Eagle's nest.

What is this thing?

This polar bear was so fun to watch.  He would swim up to the glass, stand up, push off and float on his back then turn over and swim back to the glass and do it again.  He knows how to entertain!

 You need to have a picture by the lion drinking fountain when you go to the zoo!

 So tired!  Doesn't that look like a comfortable way to sleep?

 

     The thing that I think she enjoyed watching the most were the seals swimming.  I didn't get any pictures of them but you could go into a building with glass and the seals would swim right by the glass and be at eye level.  She had her eye on them and would get excited every time they swam by her. 

     Adilynne did amazing and I think she had a lot of fun.  We need to plan a trip to the zoo here in Washington soon.
