11 Months Old!

I'm a little late getting these pictures posted.  Things have been a little bit crazy this week, being at my parents house and with me working.  Here are some of the pictures I got of Adilynne, she was having a grouchy day so I didn't get as many good/cute ones as I would have liked.
She still has a big toothless smile!
She did not want to leave the bow in her hair.  She usually doesn't even mess with it or know its there.

Distracted by the button on her clothes.

Doing anything but looking at the camera.
Her hair is getting curly in the back!  I love it!
She loves to stand and explore.
She loves these kind of balls.  Grandma Evans had one at her house when we stayed over Memorial Weekend and that is all she played with all weekend!  We bought one when we got home and she still loves it.  I think that playing with it really helped her figure out how to stand and balance.
 Standing all by herself!
She thinks it is so funny to be like this lately.

She's not so sure about the grass but she will go across it to get the ball.

She loves to point at everything!

 This past month Adilynne...
  • Learned how to wave.  She waved at Grandpa Olsen on June 19.
  • She loves to eat cheese!
  • She weighs 19 pounds and is 28 inches tall.
  • She has the funniest laugh!  She is starting to find humor in things and sometimes out of the blue she will start laughing.
  • She can stand up all by herself but isn't too interested in walking if you hold her hands from behind to help her.  She just drops and crawls.

Seattle

My parent's were on vacation this past week and they came up to Washington to see us.  It was so much fun to have them for a few days and to go sight-seeing.
On Thursday afternoon David was able to leave work early so we picked him up and then went to Seattle.  We went on a "Duck" tour to see the sites of Seattle.  It was a lot of fun and Adilynne loved it.
The Duck tour drove us around the streets of Seattle and then went to Lake Union and turned into a boat!  I didn't know they did that and it was way neat.  We saw the house where Tom Hanks lived in during the movie 'Sleepless in Seattle' and our tour guide told us that in 1993 or 1994 a couple bought the house for $650,000 and everyone was telling them that was outrageous and a waste of money.  They just sold the house a few years ago for $2.5 million dollars!  What an investment!
The Space Needle from Lake Union
Sea planes land and take off on Lake Union and we got lucky enough to be there when one landed and another one took off.
The Space Needle.  We got lucky and had a day of blue sky.  It was beautiful!

Changing Adilynne's diaper in the trunk.

Here are some more pictures of Adilynne...

 She loves to play outside.

Gotta soak up the sun while you can in Washington!
She looks like a baby model to me in this picture.  Let's call up Gerber or Carter's and make us rich! :)
More outside fun!
